We welcome your participation and invite you to submit a membership application online at www.ncpg.org. Choose membership and click on join/renew. Type in Four States, Planned Giving Council of the ... and complete the information requested. Your online application and dues will be forwarded to our local council.
Types of Membership
Private individuals
Membership is open to individuals who are interested in seeing an increase in charitable gifts through planned giving.
Gifts are incorporated in an estate document such as:
- a bequest in a will
- a named beneficiary in a retirement account
- a named beneficiary in an insurance policy
- etc.
Nonprofits
Individuals who work for a non-profit institution and are involved with planned giving at any level in their positions. Professional advisors are also encouraged to join to enhance their knowledge about advising clients on planned gifts.
Professional advisors include:
- attorneys who practice law dealing with estate planning
- trust officers
- financial advisors
- accountants
- real estate brokers
- stock brokers
- insurance advisors
- etc.
Leaders
Membership consists of individuals who are leaders and future leaders in the four states in the area of gift planning:
- active, involved individuals who have a finger on the pulse of their professions;
- growth-oriented and well established professionals,
- newcomers to the field who are willing to learn, grow, and assist.

Become a Member
Our strong focus on knowledge extends to the National level, where we recognize that it is crucial to be tuned in to the big picture as well as to the local one. You can become a member of the National Committee on Planned Giving (NCPG) in addition to the Planned Giving Council of the Four States.
